In the event of a claim

Claims must be reported as soon as possible and within a maximum period of 7 days.

  • Use all means within your power to lessen the consequences of the claim and protect insured objects.
  • As soon as you become aware that a claim has occurred, you must report it to your Insurance Agent or directly to the Company.
  • If a third party files a claim for liability, before accepting liability, inform your Insurance Agent or the Company so that we can contact the party filing the claim.
