- We are looking for proactive, enterprising and dynamic candidates with a high commercial vocation who are eager to take on fresh challenges as part of commercial office.
- Excellent written and spoken (English /German)
- Ideally degree educated (without excluding equivalent qualifications).
- Knowledge of the insurance industry as well as previous experience in client-facing roles or marketing and direct sales rotes would be advantageous.
- Posses excellent negotiation and customer retention skills.
- Able to work independently, highly organised and results driven.
- Posses valid driver's license and own vehicle.

- Sales Plan: Analysing the Area to define targets.
- Planning: preparing daily, weekly and monthly agendas and regularly compiling activity reports.
- Prospecting: actively searching for potential customers (individuals, professionals and businesses) to generate sales opportunities.
- Contact and interview: presenting our services and generating interest through different channels (by phone, e-mail, etc.)
- Sales: recruitment & closure of new sales deals, cross-selling and up-selling.
- Following up with loyal and existing customers to generate new business opportunities.
